This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you
(“End User”, “you”, or “your”) and BeGemOt IT SRL (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”)
regarding your use of digital products, software, plugins, themes, and licenses
(“Software”) purchased or downloaded from
begemot.io.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this
EULA. If you do not agree, you may not use the Software and must delete any
copies obtained.
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, BeGemOt IT SRL grants you a limited,
non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Install and use the Software for personal or commercial purposes, as defined
by the license type - Access updates, upgrades, or patches provided by BeGemOt IT SRL, if applicable
3. License Restrictions
You may not:
- Sell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Software with third parties
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
- Use the Software for unlawful purposes
- Modify the Software outside of authorized customization features
4. Ownership
The Software and all intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property
of BeGemOt IT SRL or its licensors. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights
to you.
5. Updates and Support
BeGemOt IT SRL may provide updates, patches, or support at its discretion. There is
no obligation to provide ongoing maintenance unless covered by a separate
service agreement.
6. Fees and Payment
All Software is licensed, not sold. Payment terms are governed by your purchase
agreement or the Website checkout process. Failure to pay may result in license
termination.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our
Refund and Returns Policy. In general,
due to the digital nature of the Software, all sales are final.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or
implied. BeGemOt IT SRL does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements,
be error-free, or operate uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeGemOt IT SRL shall not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or
inability to use the Software.
10. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without
notice if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must delete
all copies of the Software.
11. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of
Paris, France.
